Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to source, attract, and hire top talent to meet business requirements.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including identifying client needs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, referencing, and negotiating on behalf of the candidate.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in, as well as conducting market research to identify potential sources of skilled personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of the Irish job market and a proven track record of success in recruitment would be beneficial.
