Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing high-quality content that empowers customers to work through their inquiries efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage audience-focused content plans, analyzing audiences and handling the entire content lifecycle.

  • Plan and execute content updates for account management pages, empowering customers to self-serve by managing their account-related activities and interactions with the platform.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance content, increasing consumption and findability.
  • Maintain working knowledge of topics related to account management, downloads, purchases, refunds, and billing.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creating and managing audience-focused content plans.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and collaborate across levels and locations.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), authoring tools, SEO, and Large Language Models.
