Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Limerick. As part of our close-knit team, you will work on a broad range of projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects from concept to completion in conjunction with the wider team.
  • Design mechanical services for various projects, adhering to all relevant guidelines, regulations, and standards.
  • Lead and mentor Junior Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Engage directly with clients, representing the company in client-facing roles.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
  • Level 8/9 degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services with a strong background in design engineering.
  • Experience in designing mechanical services for Healthcare, Residential, Education, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP and Building Services Design Software.
  • Strong knowledge of Energy-Efficient Design and renewable energy solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
