Transformative Clinical Leader

  • Serve as the primary clinical expert within the company, providing guidance and insights on healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the product development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of healthcare providers and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather feedback on our products and services, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in the healthcare IT industry, participating in conferences, webinars, and other events, and contributing to industry publications and forums.
  • Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring that our software solutions comply with all relevant requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance of our healthcare software products and services, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A medical degree or equivalent clinical qualification.
  • Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, such as Medical Officer or Nursing Officer.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use.
  • Board certification in a clinical specialty.
  • Experience working for a software services company or healthcare technology vendor.
  • Knowledge of Irish HSE systems and requirements.
  • Experience with clinical safety processes and standards.
