We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the success of a thriving clinic in Dublin City Centre.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure the highest standards of patient care while maximising operational efficiency and growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, optimise patient scheduling, and manage cancellations to maximise revenue.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive business growth by developing and implementing performance goals, recruitment plans, and staff training initiatives.
- Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and ensure financial sustainability in collaboration with the Medical Director.
- HR Management: Build a strong team by implementing best practices in recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Lead health and safety protocols, risk management, and maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
- Quality Assurance: Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure the clinic meets healthcare accreditation standards.

- Proven experience in clinic or operational management.
- Expertise in financial management, HR, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
