Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing department, including staff supervision, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making.

  • Staff Supervision: Manage and develop a team of registered nurses, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to provide excellent patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
  • Educational Development: Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nurses, ensuring that they meet the needs of the team and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered nurse, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of nursing practice, leadership, and education, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
