Job Description
The appointed person will be responsible for all Civils works on site as part of our Residential team in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily site activities throughout the project lifecycle, leading the team to successful project completion.
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications, promptly addressing any discrepancies with the design team.
• Report into the Project Manager and Senior Manager.
• Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and best practices.
Assist in managing all aspects of Health & Safety and Quality on-site, ensuring adherence to company safety procedures, subcontractor certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations efficiently.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly project progress reports, tracking programme schedules and subcontractor performance.
• Liaise with clients and design teams as required.
Requirements
• Previous experience in the role.
• Full Irish driving licence.
• Experience on Residential sites with Civils Contractors.
• Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification.
• Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
