We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Secretary to join our professional support team.
This role is ideal for a dedicated and organised individual who is looking to further their career within a dynamic international firm that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior partners and the wider legal team.
- Manage billing and collections processes, including preparing invoice narratives.
- Open, close, and archive legal files, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Conduct conflict searches and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Organise meetings, manage diaries, and handle travel arrangements.
- Draft, edit, and finalise legal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare court pleadings, bundles, and closing bibles.
- Maintain and update client contact databases and business development records.
- Provide cover for other secretaries during absences and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
A recognised legal secretarial qualification and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate law firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
