As a Senior Associate in our Employment & Benefits team, you will be advising clients on employment law and corporate immigration matters. Your primary focus will be on employment issues in commercial transactions and general employment advisory work.

We act for leading employers across various industries, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects such as:

  • Employment law aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
  • Employment claims before regulatory bodies.
  • General day-to-day employment advice.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • An excellent academic background.
  • No less than 5 years' experience practicing employment law.
  • Good exposure to corporate support work.
  • A high level of commercial awareness.
  • A strong technical and drafting ability.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proven ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative.
