Job Title: Executive Director - Aviation Services

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide expert administrative support to the Technical Services Unit, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including change control processes and audit requirements.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including minute-taking and data management.
  • Ensuring timely returns of Public Holiday and Overtime reports, as well as accurate sick leave records and Social Welfare claims.
  • Liaising with AirNav Ireland Units to verify data accuracy and provide updates/reports to Corporate.
  • Coordinating maintenance contracts and accounts, and administering Aireon ALERT User Registration Database.

Requirements:
