Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Engineer to join our team in delivering municipal water treatment solutions. As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for commissioning and maintaining water and wastewater projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver mechanical engineering solutions for MEICA and Civil works on water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of operation and maintenance strategies for water and wastewater systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and performance optimisation.
  • Provide technical assistance and coordination across internal and external O&M teams.
  • Support the selection and procurement of mechanical equipment, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and long-term maintainability.
  • Coordinate subcontractors involved in maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring work aligns with operational goals, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in the water and wastewater industry.
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines (civil, electrical, process, etc.) and provide technical and commercial guidance in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in mechanical design and construction, particularly in water and wastewater sectors.
