As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing complex stakeholder environments and collaborating with different people across a range of skillsets.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in project or programme coordination roles, ideally within a large or global organization. They will also possess excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking skills, with a track record of delivering under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and documenting programme governance outputs, including detailed minutes, decision logs, and action tracking for executive audiences.
  • Leading the coordination of multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment to timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
  • Analysing progress and inputs across multiple workstreams to identify trends, risks and opportunities and delivering concise, actionable summaries to support informed decision-making.

You will also be responsible for driving the organisation of key mapping, validation, and design sessions, ensuring objectives, logistics, and outputs are managed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in project or programme coordination roles.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting technology, transformation, or HR-related programmes.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking or project finance processes.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
