Programme Planning Executive

This role is responsible for designing and implementing a framework for the execution of long-term transformational programmes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a governance structure that facilitates data-driven decision-making to drive transformational change.
  • Develop a reporting structure to facilitate the efficient roll-up of current information across the organisation.
  • Design planning cycles that ensure pace of delivery is both ambitious yet realistic based on resourcing levels and organisational capacity.
  • Foster an organisational culture that thrives on change and partners with the People function to drive cultural change.

This role is a 3-month contract, and the ideal candidate will have experience in programme planning and management, as well as being able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
