Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Experience within a luxury retail environment is highly desirable
- A genuine enthusiasm for fashion, art, and the broader luxury ethos
- A solid understanding of the luxury market and product specifics
- Strong focus on people, demonstrated through the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities
- Very good command of English
