Senior Corporate Finance Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the delivery of high-quality corporate finance services.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Assist in the development and review of detailed financial models to provide robust quantitative advice to clients.
  • Deliver full client services including advice on treasury and derivatives, financial strategy, corporate finance, debt and strategic planning.
  • Support the team in researching prospective clients, industries and markets.
  • Prepare business development documents including production of pitchbooks, information memorandums, teaser documents etc.

You:

  • Must have gained at least Level 9 master's Qualification within a finance discipline.
  • Have at least 1 year experience within Financial Services - Banking, Funds, Insurance, Accounting etc.
  • Strong numeric capability is essential given the Financial Modelling aspects to this role.
