Senior Corporate Finance Professional

We are seeking a senior corporate finance professional to lead private equity financing activities, including deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
- Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for private equity transactions, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform strategic decisions and optimize financial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated expertise in private equity financing, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and analytics.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
