About the Role

Our international advisory firm seeks an ambitious and highly motivated senior Corporate Finance Professional to join our Dublin office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, structuring, and closing corporate transactions and financing opportunities across markets for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of corporate documents and financial information to provide expert advice and strategy to clients.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals on behalf of clients, working closely with colleagues to identify and structure deals that deliver value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs, corporates, private equity investors, real estate agents, venture and growth capital providers, institutional investors, banks, and credit fund debt providers.
  • Review and analyze detailed financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver high-quality client reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Direct engagement with high-profile clients to influence and persuade key stakeholders on each side of every transaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • No less than 10 years' experience in corporate finance M&A roles.
  • A recent material track record of new client origination.
  • Proven ability to build and retain strong client relationships.
  • The capacity to develop solutions that deliver value for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to clients.
  • Ambition and self-motivation, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive entrepreneurial team.
  • A strong commitment to professionalism and client service excellence.
  • Capital markets experience/knowledge advantageous.
