Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of new investment strategies, working closely with our leadership team to drive strategic and financial planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models for funds and managed accounts;
  • Preparing and reviewing fundraising materials, including prospectuses and management presentations;
  • Leading investor due diligence processes and coordinating responses to inbound questions;
  • Running scenarios and sensitivities through financial models to support fee negotiations and returns analysis;
  • Supporting the ideation, assessment, and presentation of future strategy considerations to our Board of Directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in corporate finance, including exposure to key performance metrics and financial modelling;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously;
  • Background in professional transaction services or corporate finance, with a minimum of five years' experience.
