Job Title: Corporate Finance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned corporate finance specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and closing deals.

The Role:

  • Analyzing and reviewing corporate documents and financial information to provide advice and strategy
  • Researching business, sector, industry, and economic conditions in the delivery of client reports
  • Developing solutions that deliver value for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop proposals on behalf of clients
  • Reviewing and analyzing detailed financial models

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA
  • At least 10 years' experience in corporate finance M&A role
  • Recent material track record of new client origination
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive entrepreneurial team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to clients
  • Capital markets experience/knowledge advantageous
