Accounting Professional Wanted

 

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial systems and processes.

 

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance and join a collaborative, energetic team that balances ambition with a focus on work-life balance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with teams to review processes, troubleshoot system issues, and implement smarter solutions
  • Support the implementation of new ERP and financial planning systems across multiple entities
  • Drive best practice in finance system processes and consistency across the organization
  • Enhance reporting through automation, data integration, and system improvements
  • Support the finance team on month-end, budgets, and forecasting when needed

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled accounting professional to make their mark in a business that's on the up, where you'll play a real part in shaping how finance operates.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant
  • Solid experience with financial reporting and planning systems
  • Experience of ERP systems
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in systems implementation and/or cloud-based planning tools desirable
  • Strong business partnering skills

 

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of financial systems and processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
