Job Description

We are recruiting for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to work closely with our employee benefits account managers to coordinate the daily processing of benefits. This includes maintaining and updating employee records and benefits files, coordinating daily benefits processing, advising and informing employees on the details of company benefit programs, resolving benefit-related issues, researching new employee benefit plans, negotiating with vendors, communicating with employees, and collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate and timely employer contributions and payroll deductions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and making recommendations for improvement. They will also be part of our growing team in Dublin and liaise with our UK and US colleagues to support in managing benefits implementation, administration, and design of plans.
