Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our equipment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a maintenance professional to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure reliable operation and efficient maintenance of company assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance professionals, administering the CMMS maintenance program, and managing resources and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to ensure reliable operation of all company equipment.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations.
  • Administer and improve the CMMS maintenance program to optimize maintenance activities.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and spare parts strategy to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Act as key contact for vendors and contractors to negotiate and resolve issues related to maintenance and operations.
Requirements
  • Technical Qualification / Trade Qualified.
  • 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical process plant maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and BMS systems.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
