Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and upkeep of all company assets, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Management of preventive and corrective maintenance through CMMS, including equipment setup, scheduling, and data analysis.
  • Leadership and development of the maintenance team, ensuring skills and training remain aligned with industry standards.
  • Monitoring and improvement of maintenance quality through audits, inspections, and follow-ups.
  • Coordination of departmental projects, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Support and delivery of site initiatives, outage planning, and interdepartmental collaborations.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Maintenance of site and production areas to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • After-hours support for emergencies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a management role, 10+ years in manufacturing/production.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, Control Net, Device Net, Profibus).
  • Experience with BMS, SCADA, and process control systems.
  • Skilled in mechanical/electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
