Technology Security Specialist

This role requires the development of comprehensive security strategies to safeguard critical manufacturing assets. The successful candidate will serve as the site's subject matter expert in Operational Technology (OT) security.
The Key Responsibilities:- Manage the security of Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial networks, and process automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure integration of OT and IT systems.
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity controls to prevent cyber threats.
Strong communication skills and experience in managing OT cybersecurity in a large manufacturing environment are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST CSF.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLCs, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and industrial networks.
- Proven track record of managing OT cybersecurity in a large manufacturing environment.
