Job Summary:

The IT Leader will develop and execute the technology strategy to support business growth in Ireland and the UK. This role oversees day-to-day IT operations, ensures system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology drives business value.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance product and service delivery.

Team & Operational Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the internal IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Manage IT projects on time and within budget, using agile methodologies.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to support customer experience, sales platforms, and digital tools.
  • Evaluate and deploy solutions that support growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and cyber risk mitigation across all platforms.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of IT leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience managing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications.
  • Experience supporting commercial operations, including CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT with business objectives in a commercially savvy way.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
