Secure Manufacturing Systems Strategist

The Manufacturing Operations Technology Security Lead oversees and protects the cybersecurity and operational resilience of manufacturing systems.
Functional Requirements- Manage the security of Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA systems, PLCs, industrial networks, and process automation systems.
- Act as the site's subject matter expert in OT security, working closely with engineering, IT, and corporate security teams to safeguard critical manufacturing assets.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- A strong background in manufacturing automation, process control systems, or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.).
- A proven track record of managing OT cybersecurity in a large manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of OT/IT convergence and secure integration practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels.
