Job Title: Manufacturing OT Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the security of our manufacturing systems. As a Manufacturing Operations Technology Security Lead, you will be responsible for protecting the cybersecurity and operational resilience of our sites.

This is a pivotal role that will involve managing the security of Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA systems, PLCs, industrial networks, and process automation systems.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing OT cybersecurity in a large manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the security of OT environments, including SCADA systems, PLCs, industrial networks, and process automation systems
• Develop and implement effective cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and corporate security teams to safeguard critical manufacturing assets

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Strong background in manufacturing automation, process control systems, or industrial engineering
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.)
• Proven track record of managing OT cybersecurity in a large manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of OT/IT convergence and secure integration practices
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
