Security Expert for Manufacturing Operations

This is a crucial role that oversees and protects the cybersecurity and operational resilience of our site's manufacturing systems. As the site's subject matter expert in OT security, you will work closely with engineering, IT, and corporate security teams to safeguard critical manufacturing assets.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). A strong background in manufacturing automation, process control systems, or industrial engineering is essential for this position. Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.) is also required.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of managing OT cybersecurity in a large manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of OT/IT convergence and secure integration practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in manufacturing automation, process control systems, or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.).
