By extending the lifecycle of IT equipment, we help organizations reduce Role Description We are seeking a full-time Test Technician to join our team in Naas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Testing and troubleshooting IT equipment (PCs, laptops, tablets, and related hardware) Performing repairs and ensuring all equipment meets Green ITs quality standards Assisting with order picking, packing, and shipping as required Collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues and continuously improve processes Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and tablets Experience with hardware repairs(preferred) Basic soldering skills (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication skills and team player mindset Technical certifications or relevant experience in IT hardware maintenance are a plus Minimum Leaving Certificate / High School diploma required; additional technical training or certifications - Comp TIA preferred Why Join Green IT?
