As a key member of our operational team, we are seeking an individual to take on the challenging role of Crew Controller.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient deployment of crew resources across the network. This includes tracking flight duties, monitoring adherence to flight time legal limits and accurately recording absenteeism and punctuality.

  • Developing and implementing solutions to day-to-day crewing problems
  • Assisting with the development of cost-effective solutions to operational disruptions
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and communicate complex information clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and/or EDCL would be advantageous)
