Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to provide technical support to our production team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and profitable products.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure product compliance by providing adequate work instructions and reviewing engineering specifications and requirements documents.
- Promote application of best practices for product quality and establish critical-to-quality metrics to determine process stability.
- Lead investigation of process problems and implement corrective action where deviation occurs.
- Identify opportunities for product repair cost improvements and measure rework costs and reasons.
- Implement process improvements and monitor successful achievement of proposed savings.
- Provide technical support to team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Degree level in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in an engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and expertise in documenting processes.
