Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Analyze key trends and performance indicators within the organization.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular financial reports and analysis on areas requiring attention.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Oversight of working capital and cash flow management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in software as a service (SAAS) environment is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong IT skills, including ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Business Central ERP system and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels.
  • Detail-focused, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
