The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on automation expertise and a collaborative mindset. You'll play a key role in building and optimizing test automation frameworks, improving test coverage, and contributing to the overall QA strategy in a fast-paced, AI-focused development environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web and backend systems.
  • Build scalable, reusable test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA peers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
  • Guide QA best practices, particularly in automation, across cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze test results and drive root cause analysis for defects and failures.
  • Ensure testing strategies align with scalable, secure, and high-performance software development.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ in test automation.
  • Strong hands-on skills with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
  • Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman, REST-assured, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments focused on innovation and quality.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working on AI, ML, or data-intensive software platforms.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • ISTQB or other QA-related certifications.
