Senior Clinical System Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of clinical systems that meet functional and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Development: Oversee the creation, testing, and deployment of clinical systems that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define system needs, set specifications, and deliver solutions that enhance clinical trial management and data analysis.
  • Integration and Optimization: Ensure seamless operation and data consistency by integrating clinical systems with other technologies and data sources.
  • Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement: Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvements in system performance.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with system vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of system updates, support, and alignment with clinical research objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of clinical systems, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools, with experience in system integration and data management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
