Requirements
">- Proven experience in management/supervisory roles within a hospitality setting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
- HACCP trained and First Aid Certification desirable (training can be provided).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
