Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our team at Placeme Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the payroll specialist in various tasks, including administering Advance Systems Time & Attendance, processing payroll using Sage Micropay, and dealing with compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Advance Systems Time & Attendance
  • Processing of hourly and salary (weekly) payroll using Sage Micropay
  • Dealing with compensation and benefits
  • Completion of CSO reports

Requirements:

  • Past experience in payroll administration or working towards an IPASS qualification
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Knowledge and experience of Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of T&A Systems and payroll systems
