We're seeking an experienced Professional to contribute to the operation of our AU/CSCA Formulation schedule.

This role involves ensuring that product is delivered to the filling lines per our Heijunka requirements, while supervising daily Quality activities and liaising with formulation supervisors on quality priorities.

You will represent the Formulation department for all internal and external Quality-related audits, implement DBS Visual aids for tracking projects, and lead Kaizen events for departmental improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include delegating effectively to the team, coordinating 4E Safety Risk assessments, maintaining Production equipment, and taking part in technical investigations and validation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for simplifying training requirements through the CCF process, running monthly team meetings, and reporting on selected topics.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Level 8 Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent field, along with a minimum of two years' relevant experience in a formulation/manufacturing environment.
