Production Machine Operator needed for immediate starts for a highly regulated Food Production Facility in Bandon.
Excellent hourly rate and substantial weekly bonuses included.
Candidates will be expected to be available for start dates throughout February.
You will need a minimum of 6 months experience in a factory environment to be considered for these roles.
These vacancies will be work involved in a fast paced production facility, which is located in the town centre close to housing and public transport.
Please be advised working hours may not line up with public transport options.
Candidates will have previously worked in a role that involved being responsible & accountable.
You will have strong attention to detail also.
It is essential that candidates have previous experience in a manufacturing/production setting, particularly in a target driven role.
Candidates will need to be physically able for lifting and/or standing for long periods.
A strong advantage would be previous experience of and/or exposure to machine operating.
Candidates will need to be able to multitask, work to a number of deadlines at once and excel at working as a part of a team.
Ability to maintain a cool head under pressure is essential.
Candidates ideally will have good numerical and spatial awareness.
Candidates will work a shift roster, incorporating days and nights.
Shift times will be 7am to 7pm and/or 7pm to 7am.
12 Hour Shifts, Working Monday to Friday primarily.
Out of every four weeks, 3 x 36 & 1 x 48, averaging 39 hours.
Alternating weekly between days and nights.
Additional Performance related bonus weekly, dependant on team hitting targets.
This can be a gross payment of up to €100 / €150 per week.
Current hourly rate on shift is €15.66 Excellent progression path available for successful candidates.
