LGC's Clinical Diagnostics Business Unit is dedicated to developing and manufacturing a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic quality solutions and component materials for the life sciences industry. We partner with assay developers, pharmaceutical, CRO, and academic institutions in commercialization activities across the entire diagnostic pipeline - from concept and early stage research, through product development and onwards into routine clinical use.

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate excellent GMP/GDP and housekeeping standards.
  • Monitor key parameters driving team performance.
  • Raise awareness among team members for delivering improvements.
  • Give clear guidance on production plans and quality expectations.
  • Promote excellence by ensuring all products meet defined quality standards.
  • Timely identify and resolve process problems.
  • Achieve individual goals and targets.
  • Promptly escalate production/quality issues.
  • Support operational initiatives.
  • Develop effective relationships within the team and departments.
