Responsibilities of this role

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to one or more production areas.
  • Drive excellence in all production metrics and update visual communication charts as needed.
  • Hold regular communications meetings with employees.
  • Contribute to employee performance appraisals on an annual basis.
  • Drive individual employee performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Support the training and development of production operators.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and quality on productivity improvement programs.
  • Relevant Third Level Diploma/Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
