Job Overview:

The Project Lead will spearhead various projects, encompassing product or technology development, moderate-sized site transfers and acquisitions, and acting as a site representative for broader global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium to large cross-functional teams
  • Manage technical challenges, risks, and solutions in technology application and product development
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project plans and budgets
  • Build team ownership and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Follow applicable project roadmaps, such as NPI and product transfer
  • Represent Operations in phase reviews and ensure adherence to policies
  • Conduct business reviews and maintain project documentation, such as minutes and metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing large, complex, cross-functional or multisite projects
  • Leadership in change and project management
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills
  • Education: Level 8 Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Science, Software, or Manufacturing)
  • 5+ years of project management in Operations or New Product Development
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Desirable: Level 9 Master's degree or Project Management qualification

Travel to other sites may be required.
