About the Role:
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising and overseeing procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects, managing procurement and commercial risks, and maximising project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Work directly with clients to provide best-in-class advice, guidance, and specialist procurement knowledge to ensure that competitive processes are aligned with the market capacity and capability.
  • Support all aspects of procurement for our Capital Projects Clients including developing and implementing procurement strategies, identifying procurement needs, developing procurement plans, managing various competitive processes, reviewing supplier performance and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyse various forms of contract and provide advice on best contracting strategy to meet client needs.
  • Buid and maintain positive and effective relationships, providing in-depth professional advice on procurement and sourcing strategies, application of relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop contract management plans aligned with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate the contract formation process, including reviewing and negotiating contracts with contractors and vendors.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, working closely with project stakeholders to proactively address issues and minimise disruption.
