Leisure Industry Manager Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of swim teachers and lifeguards
  • Maintain and grow existing swim programs and pool bookings
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by example
  • Manage budgetary control, achieve income targets and manage expenditure
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines at all times
  • Support the smooth operation of the facility including gym, studio, outdoor venues and cleaning and maintenance teams

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum three years business management and team management experience in the leisure, sport or hospitality industry or other industry experience with people management and rostering
  • Strong IT skills and written and oral communication skills

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and adaptability skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
