This role involves providing hands-on technical support for automation and control systems.
- Support day-to-day activities related to PLC/SCADA/DCS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
- Implement code modifications as needed.
- Assist with testing, debugging, and documentation for control system installations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily operations and system support.
- Project and technical assistance.
- Documentation and training.
- Compliance and quality.
- General expectations.
The successful candidate will have strong project management and control system implementation skills, as well as experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), especially Yokogawa Centum VP. Familiarity with Simatic S7 and TIA Portal is desirable, as well as knowledge of Wonderware and PI Data Historian.
