A Accommodation Assistant Manager 4 Hotel Cork

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accommodation Manager in managing the accommodation department.
  • Supervise the servicing of guest bedrooms and public areas.
  • Coordinate training, coaching, and professional development of staff.
  • Devise departmental rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and hygiene management.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail.
