About the Role:

Sophisticated Speech/Text Analytics and Quality Management Expertise

We seek a Technical Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and delivery of speech analytics and quality management solutions for global customer support operations. As a bridge between technical teams and business partners, you'll translate operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Collaborating with data analysts, engineers, UX designers, business partners, and vendor partners, you'll drive initiatives enhancing agent performance, improving customer satisfaction, and uncovering insights from conversational data.

You'll oversee products like Genesys Cloud and related analytics/QM platforms, playing a key role in integrating these systems with broader CX technologies.
