Cloud Infrastructure Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Expert to lead the design and deployment of our next-generation data centers.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the physical infrastructure of high-density AI data centers, ensuring optimal power distribution, cooling, and networking for compute clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement efficient power distribution systems, including UPS, backup power systems, and load balancing.
  2. Design and deploy cutting-edge cooling systems, such as waterless and energy-efficient solutions, to support high-performance computing.
  3. Ensure high-bandwidth, low-latency networking to support multi-datacenter workloads and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends in the industry, analyze competitor's adoption of advanced technologies, and evaluate their potential value and benefits.
  5. Contribute to the validation and implementation of key technologies, driving the evolution of technology approaches for future AI datacenters.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance infrastructure reliability and resilience, leveraging expertise in diagnosing infrastructure failures and proposing effective solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, staying informed about emerging trends and innovative solutions.
  8. Balance multiple factors, such as cost, capability, and size, to find optimal solutions, engaging in the selection and review process.
  9. Represent us in showcasing the competitiveness of our cloud infrastructure solutions to clients and establish significant influence in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in architecting large-scale data center infrastructures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data center features and control methodologies, including temperature control and power supply/distribution.
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis and simulation of data center temperature controlling and power supply/distribution solutions.
  • Advanced expertise in power supply/distribution or thermal control technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong professional acumen and cross-disciplinary learning passion, with ability to gain deep insights into key technologies and understand the pain points of our data centers.
