About the role: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 5-10 years' experience in financial services or regulatory environments/technology solution implementations. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and regulatory projects across multiple business units.
  • Establish and manage project governance structures in accordance with our Change Governance Framework.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and other forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance practices.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

About you: We are looking for an individual with the following background and skills:

  • Proven experience in managing strategic and regulatory projects within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Effective change management skills and ability to drive adoption.
