This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Dublin city based project for one of Ireland's leading building and civil engineering contractors. As a Senior Health Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the company's EHS Management System on the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • EHS Compliance: Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System on the project.
  • Health and Safety Culture: Promote a positive health and safety culture on site among site management, contractors, and workers.
  • Weekly Inspections and Reports: Monitor EHS compliance on site and produce weekly inspections and reports.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team. Influence and coach the site team in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards.
Requirements
  • A recognized EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • At least 6 years' experience in health and safety roles within residential or build environments.
  • Prior experience on construction projects in build or residential sectors.
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems.
  • Able to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
