Job Summary

We're seeking a relocation specialist to join our team. As a relocation consultant, you will be responsible for guiding employees through the relocation process, providing expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation options, and local culture.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in people's lives. You will be working closely with relocating employees, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and concerns throughout the relocation process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Develop strong relationships with relocating employees, understanding their needs and providing personalized support throughout the relocation process.
  • Housing Research: Conduct in-depth research on housing options, including rental market trends, school ratings, commute times, and neighborhood suitability based on client preferences.
  • School Support: Offer support with school viewings and admissions, presenting both public and private options based on the destination.
  • Logistical Support: Assist with essential services such as driver's license conversion, banking setup, and other logistical requirements to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Compliance: Guide relocating employees through the process of complying with local regulations in the host country.
  • Culture Integration: Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities, including restaurants, networking events, fitness centers, and family-friendly venues.

Requirements
  • Residency Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of residency in Dublin, with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes.
  • Availability: Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Personality Traits: Friendly, outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
